LUARM – How to get support

LUARM is currently in beta stage and as such you should exercise caution when you install it in production environments. The developers will do their best to support the following types of requests:

-LUARM installation and deployment questions: If you have consulted the LUARM documentation and still face issues, send the LUARM admin an email.

-LUARM bugs: If you are certain that you have found a bug with the code, please consider submitting a bug report via the LUARM bug tracker interface.

-LUARM feature request/enhancements: Please use the LUARM feature request tracker interface to have features implemented into the logging engine.
